Booking and cancelling 

 

By booking an appointment with Shibui Nail and Inks Studio, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to the following booking and cancellation policies.

 

1. Booking Guidelines

 

We encourage pre-booking for convenience but accept walk-ins based on availability. Walk-ins may experience waiting times during busy periods.

 

2. Cancellation Policy

•    24+ Hours’ Notice: No cancellation fees apply.

•    Less than 24 Hours’ Notice: Full service fees will apply.

•    No-Shows: You will be charged 100% of the service fee.    

•    Same-Day Bookings: Cannot be rescheduled.

 

3. Late Arrival Policy

•    A 15-minute grace period is provided.

•    After 15 minutes, a $20 late fee will be charged.

•    Appointments delayed by more than 30 minutes may be canceled, with full fees applying.

 

4. Service Modifications

 

Changes to services on the day of the appointment are discouraged. Full charges apply for canceled services.

 

5. No Refunds

 

Shibui Nail and Inks Studio does not issue refunds for any completed services.
