Due to hygiene and safety considerations, cosmetic products cannot be returned or refunded once opened or used.
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos of the product and packaging. We will be happy to arrange a replacement or store credit when appropriate.
Unopened products may be returned within 7 days of delivery if they remain sealed and in original condition. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
