Booking and Appointments • Making Appointments: Provide your name, phone number, and email when booking. Deposits may be required to secure your appointment. • Confirmation: You will receive a confirmation email for all bookings. It is your responsibility to verify the details. • Walk-ins: Walk-ins are welcome based on availability but may require waiting. 2. Changes, Cancellations, and No-Shows • Rescheduling: Changes can be made up to 24 hours before your appointment. Short-notice changes may result in fees or loss of your deposit. • Cancellations: • 24+ hours’ notice: No charge. • Less than 24 hours’ notice: Full service fee applies. • No-shows: 100% of the service fee will be charged, and repeat offenders may be restricted from future bookings. • Late Arrivals: A 15-minute grace period is allowed. After 15 minutes, a late fee of $20 applies, and appointments delayed by more than 30 minutes may be canceled with full fees charged. 3. Refund Policy • Shibui Nails and Inks maintains a strict no-refunds policy for completed services. 4. Privacy Policy • We collect personal information, such as name, email, and phone number, to provide and enhance our services. • Your data will not be shared with third parties except as necessary for operations (e.g., payment processing). • We use cookies to improve website functionality. Clients are responsible for following these to maintain results. • Free repairs for gel or acrylic services are available within 7 days if issues arise due to service quality.
