Citizen of the World – Chapter 10: Full Circle
For a long time, I believed my life was defined by movement.Countries changed. Languages shifted. Roles evolved. I learned how to adapt, how to rebuild, how to keep going. I thought the journey was always forward always toward something new.
What I didn’t realize was that every step was quietly leading me back to myself.
Through creativity, I found expression.Through motherhood, I found stillness.Through healing work, I found purpose.Through sensitivity, I found strength.
Each chapter of my life asked me to let go of an old version of myself the one trying to fit in, to be approved of, to be understood. And with every release, something softer and truer took its place.
I no longer search for belonging in places or titles.I’ve learned that belonging is a state of being one that lives in presence, honesty, and care. It’s in the way I hold space for others. It’s in the way I listen. It’s in the quiet rhythm of my hands as they create and restore.
My studio is not the destination of this journey it’s the reflection of it.A space shaped by movement and stillness, discipline and intuition, art and healing. A space where imperfection is not corrected, but respected.
To be a citizen of the world is not to belong everywhere. It is to move through life with openness. To meet others without judgment. To carry your values with you, no matter where you stand.
This is where my story comes full circle not by arriving somewhere new, but by finally standing at home within myself.

Closing Reflection
The journey was never about finding where I belonged.
it was about becoming someone who could belong anywhere because I belonged to myself.
